At O&O Brothers, we understand that schedules and requirements can change. To maintain fairness, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:
1. Project Cancellations by Clients
7 days or more before project start: Full refund of advance payment.
3–6 days before project start: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
Less than 72 hours before project start: No refund will be issued, as resources and schedules are already committed.
2. Talent Cancellations
If a booked actor, model, or crew member cancels without valid reason, O&O Brothers reserves the right to remove or suspend their profile.
Replacement talent will be arranged wherever possible, though availability cannot be guaranteed.
3. Cancellations by O&O Brothers
In rare cases where O&O Brothers is forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (technical failures, force majeure, or safety concerns), clients will be offered either a full refund or rescheduling without additional cost.
4. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
5. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other uncontrollable events, cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, keeping fairness as priority.
